Mike Savoie Volkswagen in the Metro Detroit area is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. You will handle repair orders, communicate with customers, and coordinate with technicians to deliver high‑quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Write Repair Order after verifying customers complaint
• Effectively and accurately communicate customer complaint on repair order
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Punctual and dependable team player
• Take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandle
• Work effectively with technicians and parts department to ensure quality service
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations
