Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales management experience.
• Proven success in sales production and profitability.
• Strong deal-structuring and trade-appraisal skills.
• Ability to coach and develop salespeople rather than simply close deals.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop sales consultants to achieve goals.
• Own sales production, gross profit, closing ratios, and customer satisfaction.
• Structure and negotiate vehicle transactions balancing profitability and relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, training, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
• Assist with trade appraisals, inventory management, merchandising, and turnover.
