Job summary

Valley Auto Sales & Leasing LLC is looking for a Floor Manager to supervise the sales floor, coach staff, and drive customer satisfaction. You will work with management to hit dealership goals and coordinate with finance and service to ensure smooth handoffs.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and adherence to policies to maintain a positive showroom environment and strong CSI performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent dealership experience.
• Minimum 3 years in automotive dealership sales/management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the sales team to hit targets.
• Manage daily sales activities and ensure processes follow standards.
• Assist consultants in closing deals and handling negotiations.
• Train, mentor and coach staff to improve skills and productivity.
• Coordinate with finance/service to ensure smooth handoffs to delivery.
• Monitor CSI scores and customer interactions to maintain satisfaction.
