Job summary

Madera Toyota is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee daily operations on the showroom floor, coach the sales team, and drive achievement of sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will monitor activities, support consultants, and coordinate with finance and service to ensure a smooth sales-to-delivery process. Strong leadership and Toyota product knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in automotive dealership sales and management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent dealership operations experience may substitute for formal education.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience with Tekion CRM or equivalent dealership management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales floor operations and coach staff to achieve targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure sales processes are followed.
• Assist consultants in closing deals and negotiating with customers.
• Track sales metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
• Coordinate with finance and service departments for smooth delivery.
