• Review repair orders, warranty claims, and service expenses.
• Work closely with Parts to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs.
• Recruit and hire service department staff.
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Analyze service reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build relationships with customers to promote retention and repeat business.
