Formación

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Steady work history and desire to succeed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Background and drug screening must be completed.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with customers to find a vehicle that fits their wants and needs.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of developments.
• Gain a working knowledge of the product line.
• Attend training offered by the Ed Morse Automotive Group.
• Complete all sales-related paperwork.
• Follow the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” for customer satisfaction.
