Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. With a long-standing history and a network spanning multiple states, you will engage customers, present vehicle options, and guide them through the sale process.

You will participate in ongoing training, follow the established Steps to the Sale, and strive to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must have previous sales experience.
• Steady work history and desire to succeed.
• Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and follow-through skills.
• A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Successfully complete a background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to find a vehicle that fits their wants and needs.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
• Gain a working knowledge of the product line.
• Attend training offered by the Ed Morse Automotive Group.
• The professional completion of all sales related paperwork.
• Follow the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
