Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Consultant to help customers select Buick/GMC vehicles that best meet their needs. You will prospect, follow up with prospects, and work toward sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction through the Ed Morse Steps to the Sale.

Qualifications

• Must have previous sales experience.
• Steady work history with a strong desire to succeed.
• Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and follow-through skills.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Consult customers to identify Buick/GMC vehicles that fit their needs.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by deadlines.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to inform on latest developments.
• Learn Buick/GMC product line and Ed Morse processes.
• Attend training from Buick/GMC and Ed Morse.
• Complete all sales paperwork professionally and accurately.
• Follow the Ed Morse Steps to the Sale for customer satisfaction.
