Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Consultant to help customers select Buick/GMC vehicles that best meet their needs. You will prospect, follow up with prospects, and work toward sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction through the Ed Morse Steps to the Sale.

Formación

• Must have previous sales experience.
• Steady work history with a strong desire to succeed.
• Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and follow-through skills.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Background and drug screening required.

Responsabilidades

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our Ed Morse team.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with customers to find a Buick/GMC vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs.
  
• Prospect and contact potential customers
  
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  
• Gain a working knowledge of the Buick/GMC product line
  
• Attend training offered by both Buick/GMC and the Ed Morse Automotive Group
  
• The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
  
• Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
