Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer relations experience.
• Must be able to qualify for a Sales license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean MVR – Demo vehicles (including test drives).
• Exceptional industry knowledge – makes, models, features, etc.
• Professional appearance.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through online and in-person vehicle exploration, matching cars to daily lifestyle needs.
• Create authentic, short-form video content and follow up with transparency using CRM tools.
• Deliver "Instagram-Worthy" delivery days and turn the buying moment into a memorable event for the customer.
• Sales efficiency through product knowledge, company standards, and customer expectations.
• Follow up with customers and maintain relationships.
• Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership productivity standards.
