Holman’s Auto Park Kia in Wendell, NC is seeking a knowledgeable Automotive Sales Consultant to engage customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting the right vehicle for a positive buying experience.

You will build rapport, explain features and financing options, conduct test drives, and assist with the purchase process while staying informed about inventory and promotions. Strong communication and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or related customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficient in computer systems and sales software.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean motor vehicle record.
• High school diploma and 1 year of related sales experience or training, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to understand their automotive needs.
• Provide guidance on vehicle features, financing options.
• Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle benefits.
• Assist with the purchase process and complete paperwork.
• Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborates with customers, sales managers, and F&I personnel to negotiate sales prices and lease payments.
