Auto Park Kia, part of Holman, is looking for a knowledgeable Automotive Sales Consultant to help customers select the right vehicle and ensure a positive buying experience. The role emphasizes customer focus, product guidance, and a smooth sales process.

You will guide customers through features, financing options, and test drives, while staying informed on inventory and promotions. A high level of drive and communication will be essential for success and post-sale follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficient in computer systems and sales software.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to understand automotive needs.
• Provide guidance on features, specs, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle benefits.
• Assist with the purchase process and complete paperwork.
• Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team to enhance the customer experience.
• Negotiate sales prices and lease payments with customers and F&I.
