Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Comfortable using CRM tools and willing to work evenings & weekends

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle buying journey
• Explain features, offer test drives, and help customers find the perfect fit - no pressure, just great service
• Present financing options, trade-in values, and close deals with confidence and professionalism
• Handle paperwork accurately and ensure every deal is clean, compliant, and customer-approve
• Build long-term relationships with customers - they'll come back to you because you earned their trust
• Collaborate with finance, service, and fellow sales team members to give every customer a seamless experience
• Hit (and exceed!) your sales goals - with support, mentorship, and room to grow
