Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and buying motivations.
• Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles and highlight features and benefits.
• Conduct product presentations and vehicle walk-arounds.
• Assist customers with test drives following safety protocols.
• Provide pricing, financing options, warranties, and program information.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, promotions, and incentives.
• Prepare and present purchase proposals clearly.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Finance to process deals.
• Follow up with customers via calls, emails, and CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations.
• Uphold customer service standards and professionalism.
• Stay informed on automotive trends and industry changes.
