The role focuses on relationship building, product knowledge, and driving deals with support from the sales and finance team. Training is provided, and a competitive benefits package is available.

John Jones Auto Group in is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our sales team. Thisposition is responsible for providing exceptional service, product knowledge, and a positivedealership experience. This role focuses on building relationships, understandingcustomer needs, and helping customers select the right vehicle while upholding theprofessional standards of John Jones Auto Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon their arrival at the dealership.
• Engage customers to understand their needs, preferences, and buying motivations.
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting features,benefits, and value.
• Conduct thorough product presentations and vehicle walk-arounds.
• Assist customers with test drives following dealership safety protocols.
• Provide accurate information regarding pricing, financing options, warranties, anddealership programs.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, incoming units, promotions, andmanufacturer incentives.
• Prepare and present purchase proposals in a clear and transparent manner.
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance team to ensure smooth dealprocessing.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers via calls,emails, and CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations.
• Uphold John Jones Auto Group’s customer service standards and represent thedealership with professionalism.
• Stay informed on automotive trends, product updates, and industry changes.
