C. Harper Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant for CDJR of Connellsville. You will build relationships, understand customer needs, and present Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram options with compelling product knowledge.

You’ll conduct vehicle demonstrations, follow up with buyers, and strive to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, family-owned dealership environment. Saturday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking insightful questions.
• Develop expertise in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram offerings and options.
• Conduct high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
