Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Previous automotive sales experience or a proven sales track record is a plus.
• Strong interest in vehicles and knowledge of automotive brands and features.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, consultative sales experience from initial contact through delivery.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles by explaining features, specifications, and financing options.
• Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Proactively follow up with leads via phone, email, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with team and participate in dealership promotions and events.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Prepare accurate pricing quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize sales transactions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions promptly.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
• Adhere to dealership policies and ethical sales standards.
