Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the dealership.
• Engage customers to understand needs, preferences, and buying motivations.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and value.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and product presentations.
• Assist customers with test drives following safety protocols.
• Provide pricing, financing options, warranties, and dealership programs information.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, promotions, and incentives.
• Prepare and present purchase proposals clearly.
• Work with Sales Managers and Finance to ensure smooth deal processing.
• Maintain follow-up with prospective and existing customers via calls, emails, and CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.
• Uphold dealership customer service standards and professional representation.
• Stay informed on automotive trends and industry changes.
