Job summary

Holman’s Leith Lincoln location in Raleigh is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to drive customer satisfaction and sales performance. You will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, demonstrate vehicles, and present financing options with a focus on building lasting relationships.

The role requires strong communication, a self-motivated attitude, and a valid driver's license. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred; a High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Present vehicle features, financing, and lease options.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service.
• Work with Sales Managers and F&I team members to finalize deals.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
