Holman Enterprises, including Leith Lincoln, is seeking a driven Automotive Sales Consultant to guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey. You will demonstrate vehicles, explain features, financing, and lease options, and work with managers to close deals.

The role emphasizes building lasting relationships, meeting sales targets, and utilizing CRM tools to manage interactions and opportunities. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Present vehicle features, financing, and lease options.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service.
• Work with Sales Managers and F&I team members to finalize deals.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
