Job summary

Capistrano Mazda is seeking Sales Consultants to help drivers find the right Mazda. You’ll earn a guaranteed hourly wage plus uncapped commissions and there is a clear path to advance within the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the car-buying experience.
• Explain Mazda features, pricing, and current incentives clearly.
• Lead test drives and vehicle demos.
• Follow up with leads and stay in touch with past customers for repeat and referral business.
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and on time.
• Work with the sales team to hit and beat monthly targets.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.

What You Bring
