Job summary

Don Aadsen Auto Group in Western Montana is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. This full-time role offers salary plus commission and a path to a lasting career in automotive sales.

You will assist customers in selecting vehicles, conduct test drives, explain features, discuss financing, and build relationships with past customers to encourage repeat business. We provide ongoing training, a supportive team, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service; automotive sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
