Job summary

Hertz in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to guide customers through the sales and finance process, deliver outstanding service, and support lot operations and omni-channel sales.

You will fully execute the sales process, strive to meet monthly targets, maintain clean paperwork, assist with financing, photography, vehicle delivery, and CRM output to boost NPS scores.

This role offers an hourly wage with commissions, opportunities for advancement, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and car sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to perform in a global matrix organization and stay goal oriented.
• Identify and support business needs within a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales and finance process and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong CRM output.
• Support lot operations, merchandising, and photography of vehicles.
• Assist with delivering cars to partner hubs and transport as needed.
• Ensure paperwork is clean and assist the finance process to improve PVR and NPS.

Automotive Sales Consultant

facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and missing documents recovery, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

Wage: Hourly wage plus sales based commissions averaging per year $66,319/yr , specifically $15.15/hr + anticipated average commissions of $34,807/yr.
