Job summary

Hertz Des Plaines is seeking a Car Sales Consultant to fully execute the sales process, provide top‑tier customer service, and support Omni‑channel sales. You will maintain CRM accuracy, assist with lot operations, photos, and vehicle deliveries while aiming to meet monthly targets and improve PVR.

• Assist with photography, vehicle check-in, and paperwork accuracy.
• Deliver cars to partner hubs as needed and maintain CRM outputs.
• Support the finance process to achieve strong PVR and high NPS.

Job description

TheCar Sales Consultantfacilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and missing documents recovery, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

Wage: Hourly wage plus sales based commissions averaging per year $80,700/yr , specifically $15.00/hr + anticipated average commissions of $49,500/yr

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Car Sales Experience, valid Drivers’ License, capable of delivering support and results, able to succeed in a global matrix organization, goal oriented, identify and support business needs.
