LeadCar Toyota Hazleton is seeking an Automotive Sales Business Development Coordinator to professionally schedule appointments and make outbound calls for the sales department, ensuring smooth flow and maximizing customer convenience.

The role emphasizes strong English/Spanish communication, customer service experience, and the ability to handle multiple software tools while following scripts and product knowledge. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• English/Spanish bilingual ability is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service background required.
• Sales and/or marketing experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Proficient with Outlook and Excel; able to navigate websites.
• Ability to operate multiple software programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales calls, schedule appointments, and collect customer/vehicle info.
• Respond to internet leads and engage in live chat for the sales department.
• Learn product knowledge and incentive programs; follow scripts.
• Identify customer needs and schedule appointments with a Salesperson to drive sales.
• Place follow-up calls within 24 hours of an appointment that did not result in a sale.
• Track appointments and report insights to management weekly.
• Conduct follow-ups for New Owner Events to boost participation.
