Team Auto Center is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to connect buyers with vehicles and provide information on products and financing options. The role emphasizes training, customer engagement, and collaboration with the sales team to improve appointment setting and lead conversion.

We welcome individuals new to the automotive industry and offer in-house training with our manufacturers to help you grow within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles is preferred.
• Team player attitude and positive energy are essential.
• Candidates should be prompt, courteous and enthusiastic.
• Must have strong computer skills and be comfortable with CRM systems.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond to inquiries via internet, phone and live chat using scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads not ready to schedule or who no-show.
• Participate in team sessions and maintain positive relationships with teammates and management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
