LeadCar Toyota Hazleton is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our high-volume dealership. You will sell and lease new and used vehicles, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to dealership profitability.

You will greet customers, present features, coordinate test drives, handle paperwork, and collaborate with finance. Previous sales experience is welcome, but enthusiasm and a strong work ethic matter most.

Aufgaben

• Complete the profile sheet, silent walk around, and demonstration drive with every prospect.
• Sell/lease and deliver a minimum of 10 units per month, and keep 12 units 90-day average for participation in any sales contest.
• Approach, greet and assist customers entering the showroom or lot.
• Explain vehicle features, options, and benefits to prospects.
• Offer test drives and obtain proper identification prior to test drive.
• Turn 100 percent of closed deals to Finance and Insurance Manager with proper paperwork.
• Deliver vehicles and review operating features, warranty, and paperwork with customers.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system and prospect development.
