Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers on the dealership lot.
• Determine customer needs by listening and asking questions.
• Demonstrate features of suitable vehicles and perform walk-arounds.
• Close automotive sales and ensure customer understanding of features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Utilize CRM daily and enter notes on new and follow-up contacts.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Report to sales manager on objectives and activities.
• Attend trainings and sales meetings.
• Review sales statistics to improve time management and results.
