Fred-Martin-Motor-C, Ohio's #1 used car dealership, seeks an Automotive Sales BDC Associate to convert internet leads into showroom appointments and drive a great customer experience from first contact to visit. The role emphasizes fast, professional communication via phone, text, email, and chat, with a focus on building rapport and follow-up.

Qualificações

• Automotive BDC or sales experience is a plus.
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus.
• Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable using computers and multiple systems.
• Organized and able to multitask.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads and customer inquiries
• Contact customers by phone, text, email, and chat

• Follow up with leads and previous customers
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in the CRM
• Assist with overflow calls and general dealership inquiries
• Work closely with the sales team to create opportunities

As a BDC Associate, you’ll connect with customers through phone, text, email, and chat, turn internet leads into showroom appointments, follow up with past customers, and help create a great customer experience from the first conversation to the showroom.

What You’ll Do
