Feldman Auto Group in Novi, MI seeks an experienced Dealership Sales BDC Manager to oversee the BDC team, drive timely responses to leads, and maintain mastery of product offerings. You will lead, train, and optimize processes to deliver a world-class car buying experience.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with CRM systems in a fast-paced automotive environment. A competitive compensation package and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in automotive sales or BDC management

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of BDC representatives to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Respond to internet and phone leads promptly and professionally
• Maintain thorough knowledge of dealership products and services
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Participate in training and process development sessions to improve skills
• Maintain positive relationships between BDC, sales, and dealership management
• Track customer interactions daily using the CRM tool

About this position

Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealership Sales BDC Manager to join our team. As the BDC Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for our dealership's internet and phone customers, ensuring that they receive a world-class car buying experience. Your duties will include:

Responsibilities:

- Managing a team of BDC representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets

- Responding to internet and phone leads in a timely and professional manner

- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our dealership's products and services

- Ensuring compliance with all dealership policies and procedures

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

- Participating in training and process development sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

- Maintain a positive relationship between the BDC team, sales teams, and dealership management

- Track customer interactions daily utilizing the dealership CRM tool

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in automotive sales or BDC management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
