Fred Martin Auto Group in Norton, OH is seeking an Automotive Sales BDC Associate. The role offers $40,000–$80,000+ annual earning potential (base $13–$16/hour) plus unlimited monthly commission.

You’ll contact customers via phone, text, email and chat, convert internet leads to showroom appointments, and support a great customer experience from first contact to showroom visit. Ideal candidates have automotive BDC or sales experience, strong communication, and a willingness to work a high-volume

Qualifications

• Automotive BDC or sales experience is a plus.
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus.
• Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable using computers and multiple systems.
• Organized and able to multitask.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads and customer inquiries
• Contact customers by phone, text, email, and chat
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and buying plans
• Build rapport and create strong customer relationships
• Set and confirm showroom appointments
• Follow up with leads and previous customers
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in the CRM
• Assist with overflow calls and general dealership inquiries
• Work closely with the sales team to create opportunities
