Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life by understanding needs and guiding vehicle selection.
• Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with customers and suggesting trade-ins or promotions.
• Demonstrate vehicles, explain features, warranties, and services; perform demonstrations.
• Close sales by overcoming objections and finalizing contracts.
• Achieve sales goals and stay knowledgeable about product offerings and technology.
• Follow up with buyers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and results.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
• Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts
• Meeting Sales Goals
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in's & the out's of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints

Qualifications
