JAY HATFIELD CDJR OF PONCA CITY LLC in Ponca City, OK is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will be ambitious with strong interpersonal skills and a drive to exceed goals; you will build client relationships and present product solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include explaining features, demonstrating vehicles, and following up to generate referrals, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive, family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours including Saturdays
• Excellent communication skills with customers
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Valid Driver's License
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen (THC not tested)
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsabilités

• Build relationships and create customers for life; assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers and meeting prospects.
• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
• Close sales by overcoming objections; negotiating price; completing contracts.
• Be the vehicle expert and know product offerings and latest technology.
• Perform demonstrations of new/used vehicles and follow up with buyers to generate referrals.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
• Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts
• Meeting Sales Goals
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in's & the out's of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
