Job summary

Berman CDJR in Oak Lawn, IL is seeking full-time Automotive Sales/Product Specialists. You will guide customers through the entire car-buying experience from first contact to delivery, with an uncapped commission structure and $100K+ earning potential.

You will engage customers by phone, email, text, and in person, assess their needs, discuss pricing and loan options, and collaborate with the inventory team to value trades.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. (3year minimum)
• Experience in Automotive Industry, sales preferred

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers via phone, email, text, and in person
• Understanding where each customer is in the buying process and identifying what information they need
• Working with our inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value on trade-ins
• Presenting and explaining purchase terms, including pricing, payments, and loan structures

Uncapped Commission Position | $100K+ potential

• 25% - 30% commission on newand used cars
• 5% - 10% Finance Bonuses

Our Sales/Product Specialists guide customers through their entire car-buying experience, from the first point of contact to the moment they drive off the lot. Your goal is to help customers feel informed, confident, and excited about their purchase.

A Typical Day Includes:
