Job summary

Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Oak Lawn, IL is seeking an experienced Internet Sales BDC Agent to drive inbound and outbound sales activities. You will respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, update CRM records, and work with the sales team to meet dealership goals.

The role offers $18.00 per hour plus competitive monthly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Previous BDC experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate interest and set appointments.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.
• Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.

Position: InternetSales BDC Agent

Location: Berman CDJR; Oak Lawn, IL

Pay: $18.00/HR + Competitive monthly bonuses ranging from an additional $500-$2,000 per month!

Schedule: Monday-Saturday; rotating weekday and Saturday off!

Responsibilities:
