Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Oak Lawn, IL is seeking a full-time Car Sales Specialist to join our team. You will guide customers through the car-buying journey, from first contact to delivery, with an uncapped commission structure and a supportive team.

The role emphasizes customer focus, energetic sales, and the ability to explain terms, financing options, and pricing. Benefits include PTO, medical plans, 401(k), and paid training.

Formación

• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (2 year minimum).
• Experience in Automotive Industry, sales preferred.

We’re growing and looking for full-time,Car Sales Specialists to join our team. If you’re energetic, customer-focused, and excited by an uncapped commission pay structure, this is an excellent opportunity!
Workdays: Monday–Saturday (Sundays off + one additional weekday off)

Uncapped Commission Position | $100K+ potential

• 25% - 30% commission on newand used cars
• 5% - 10% Finance Bonuses
• $150 - $250flats

Our Sales/Product Specialists guide customers through their entire car-buying experience, from the first point of contact to the moment they drive off the lot. Your goal is to help customers feel informed, confident, and excited about their purchase.

A Typical Day Includes:

• Engaging with customers via phone, email, text, and in person
