Responsibilities

• Respond to online vehicle inquiries by phone and email.
• Build rapport with customers to create a referrals network.
• Answer internet leads in-store with pricing information.
• Answer sales phone calls and set appointments.
• Confirm and schedule appointments; follow up with customers.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walkarounds with customers.
• Guide customers through the buying process from start to finish.
• Maintain customer relationships with strong computer and phone skills.
• Utilize a customer relationship management database.
