Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or retail is a plus.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Respond to vehicle inquiries via phone and email using the Asbury selling process.
• Build rapport with customers and establish a referral base.
• Answer internet leads and provide pricing information.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, conduct test drives, and guide customers through the buying process.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards.
