Qualifications

• Experience using and maintaining a customer relations management database.
• Prior automotive sales or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online vehicle inquiries via phone and email.
• Accept and follow up on internet leads within required timeframes.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with customers.
• Conduct test drives and guide customers through the buying process from start to finish.
• Build rapport and maintain ongoing relationships for referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up for future opportunities.
