Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This role may assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will lead team members to provide excellent service to retail and professional customers, supervise showroom activities, handle transfers, returns, and daily cash

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desirable: bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to provide excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor.
• Ensure phone calls follow company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds correctly.
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff clock in/out and follow schedule.
