Aston Carter is seeking an ITR Analyst in Auburn Hills, MI. The role will coordinate vehicle repair operations, enter repair requests, and dispatch work orders using Stellantis OBT software.

It starts with 2–3 weeks of on-site training and transitions to a hybrid remote arrangement with quarterly in-office meetings. Typical duties include managing communications with manufacturers and management, maintaining logs and reports in Excel, and ensuring timely, accurate repairs in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of data entry and administrative experience.
• Ability to work under pressure while handling multiple functions and tasks.
• Understanding of the automotive industry with some knowledge of vehicle damages and repair processes.
• Strong communication skills with manufacturer/management-level personnel.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all vehicle repair operations, including batteries, tires, glass, mechanical issues, and body damage.
• Receive and enter daily repair requests into systems with up-to-date records.
• Dispatch work orders to technicians using OBT software.
• Handle daily email correspondence with clear updates.
• Maintain a daily call log and track repair progress.
