The position starts with on-site training and transitions to a hybrid work arrangement, with emphasis on administrative accuracy and timely issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Job Title: In-Transit Repair Analyst

The ITR Analyst supports the vehicle repair process by coordinating maintenance and repair activities, including battery, tire, glass, mechanical, and body repairs. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain experience supporting a major automotive OEM while developing administrative, data entry, and automotive operations skills.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

The role begins with 2-4 weeks of full-time, on-site training, Monday through Friday, to ensure thorough onboarding and familiarity with systems and processes. After the training period, the position transitions to a remote work arrangement, offering flexibility while maintaining regular responsibilities. Quarterly in-office meetings are scheduled, and attendance is required; these meetings are communicated well in advance to allow for planning. The work involves frequent use of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and specialized repair dispatch software, as well as regular email and phone communication in a fast-paced automotive support environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
