Qualifications

• Experience with ATS or HR systems is a plus.
• Previous internship or campus involvement in a professional setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and screen resumes for hourly positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records in the ATS.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and pre-employment steps.
• Support sourcing efforts through job boards and career fairs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies throughout the hiring process.
