Amsted Automotive Group is offering a Talent Acquisition Intern position to support the Talent Acquisition Manager with sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. The ACE Program provides hands-on recruiting experience and potential for part-time or full-time employment after completion.

The role involves university outreach, recruitment marketing, campus events, and engagement initiatives across the organization, while maintaining confidentiality and partnering with the team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR career.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with UKG Recruiting or ATS preferred.
• Experience creating Canva content or videos with Vyond preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resume reviews, candidate screening, and applicant tracking activities.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS.
• Create and post job advertisements on recruiting platforms.
• Support recruitment marketing, social media content, and employer branding efforts.
• Engage with campuses and build relationships with colleges and universities.
• Support career fairs, hiring events, and talent attraction initiatives.
• Assist with coordinating All About Greatness (AAG) engagement initiatives globally.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
