Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred).
• Strong understanding of assembly operations and production flow.
• Ability to coach, lead, and motivate hourly production teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assembly production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Conduct attendance reviews at the start of each shift and make proactive staffing adjustments.
• Reallocate team members based on skill proficiency to support production demands and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with Team Leads to align on production goals, shift responsibilities, and team coordination.
• Support Team Leads in identifying and eliminating bottlenecks while maintaining material flow.
• Maintain leadership presence on the production floor to support operations and issue resolution.
• Ensure TPM activities including equipment cleaning, RTV nozzle replacement, inspections, and documentation.
• Enforce 5S standards and accountability for scrap review, attendance, and workplace expectations.
