Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Journeyman designation or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years related work experience.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of TPM systems and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, operate and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Lead a TPM program and implement continuous improvement.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and manage parts inventory.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Coach and train maintenance staff and coordinate with contractors.
