Job summary

Magna Powertrain seeks an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor to lead installation, maintenance and repair of plant equipment. You will drive TPM initiatives, enforce safety standards, and mentor a technical team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with Journeyman designation, 7+ years in maintenance, and 5+ years in a supervisory role. Knowledge of TPM and AS400 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and Journeyman designation or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years related work experience.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with TPM systems maintaining equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation, maintenance, operation and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
• Ensures proper operation of systems in compliance with regulations and codes.
• Promotes continuous improvement in safety, cost, quality, and delivery.
• Lead structured problem solving and root cause analysis to improve MTTR/MTBF.
• Coach Maintenance team in world-class manufacturing environment and skills.
