Qualifications

• Experience with PFMEAs, Lean Manufacturing principles (VPS), and time-measurement methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams and drive a culture of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops on existing lines to reduce manufacturing costs, cycle times, and scrap percentages.
• Ensure daily production meets SQCDM targets in alignment with MPS.
• Conduct annual appraisals and career development discussions for operators.
