Job summary

USA GPC Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Store Associate for a NAPA store in Williamston, MI. You will deliver accurate automotive parts solutions to retailers and wholesale customers, providing a consistently engaging experience and leveraging product knowledge to assist teammates.

You will operate POS and inventory systems, maintain a fast-paced customer-focused environment, and support daily store operations including deliveries and logistics coordination.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle repair or maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory or cataloguing systems.
• ASE Certification is not required.
• Leads by example in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate systems including POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.

• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries using delivery management systems and support logistics.
• Perform housekeeping, safety and organizational tasks.
• Assist with inventory control activities including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and inventory records.
• Contribute to various store operations and team support tasks to optimize performance.
