Job summary

USA GPC Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Store Pro to be the primary contact for customers in our NAPA-branded store. You will deliver automotive parts solutions, support both retail and wholesale customers, and contribute to store performance through knowledge, responsiveness, and engagement.

You will operate POS and inventory tools, maintain a high-energy, safety-conscious environment, and help drive loyalty with accurate, friendly service. Starting hourly rate is $18.00.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and systems.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or parts environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and teammates.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain energy and customer focus in a fast-paced store.
• Support store operations including transactions and inquiries.
• Build relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries and prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Contribute to store performance and efficiency improvements.
